Extras include: Private covered parking, completely fenced yard with private patio for relaxing outdoors. Ceiling fan, heat, bubble bath, bathing supplies, a selection of movies for your viewing pleasure, and a variety of snacks.

There are no telephone services to aid in your escape to the Sonoma Valley.

REQUIREMENTS:

We require payment in full prior to your reservation along with a photocopy of your current driver's license, home address, and cell phone number in case of emergency.

Confirmation of your reservation will be made after receipt of submitted funds. Email confirmation or confirmation via USPS, whichever you prefer, will be sent along with details and maps to the cottage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days of this reservation. If reserving less than 30 days, refunds will not be given unless we are able to re-book the cottage. Credit for another date in the future within 1 calendar year is negotiable. All cancellations are subject to $25 service charge.
